It's hard to believe, but our Tiger Sharks' season is coming to an end! 

Please read all the way through this email for important information for all Tiger Sharks families. 

LOGISTICS: 

The Semi Finals and Finals meets start earlier than regular season meets. Swimmers should arrive by 4:15 PM and check in with their coaches. Swimmers not checked in by 4:30 will be assumed no-shows, and alternate swimmers will be assigned to those races. Please be on time! 

To make sure the meets run efficiently, there will be a CLERK of COURSE area for swimmers. Swimmers report to this area rather than lining up behind the blocks. The Clerk of Course--a volunteer parent--is responsible for making sure swimmers are present for their events. Should a swimmer not report to Clerk of Course when their event is called, the alternate swimmer will be assigned to that race. Please make sure your swimmers report to Clerk of Course! 

JOBS:

Job sign-ups are open for 10 and Under Semi-Finals on Monday, July 8th; 11 and Over Semi-Finals on Tuesday, July 9th; and Finals meet on Monday, July 15th. If you have not yet fulfilled your three shift volunteer requirement, these meets are the way to get it done!

CONCESSIONS:

Every Tiger Sharks family is required to donate to Semis meet held at Four Seasons, even if their swimmers are not participating in that session. Concessions at our home meets are our only true fundraisers; the money we raise helps off-set costs of running the team, which means lower registration fees for all.

Please note that there is a cash-donation option, which should be used only once all the donation slots are filled. Cash donations will be used purchase hamburgers, hot dogs, paper and plastic wear and other items needed for the concession stand.
