Hello Swim Families,

The volunteer job slots are now open for our next home swim meet on 6/30. Please sign up to help make our home meet run as smoothly as possible.

We need a Relay Judge and Clerk of Course Assistant for the swim meet at Fair Valley tomorrow (Wednesday 6/16). The Clerk of Course Assistant position is new. Some pools also refer to this position as a "bullpen parent." Your job would be to help our Four Seasons swimmers get lined up at the Clerk of Course area and find their way to the correct lanes for their events.  

Swim practices have been going well. The coaches are doing a great job helping new swimmers learn all of the strokes and providing guidance to returning swimmers to improve their form. 

Some of you may have heard about a recent incident during swim practice last Wednesday when the TV in the new pavilion was broken by a basketball. We now have a rule that swimmers will not be allowed to play ball during swim practice. Many of the 11 and over swimmers arrive early and are unsupervised before and after their scheduled practice time. If you send or drop off your swimmer(s) to attend practice on their own, please talk to them about this new rule and appropriate behavior while they wait for their practice to begin. We have great kids on our team, but they're kids. They still need reminders about making good decisions and treating others with kindness.
