Hello Tigershark Families!

We are excited for another season of summer swim team! Swim team registration is open, so be sure to sign up soon! We would also encourage everyone to sign up for the swim team Reminds. This is how the coaches are able to send out last minute practice changes or other important information. With the pool opening soon we wanted to send out a few important details and dates to help as you are planning your summer. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

• Please use the 4S Swim Outlet link to order suits, goggles, caps, etc. Team suits are not required. Each swimmer will receive one 4S cap.

• We are looking for team and league sponsors! New this year is an opportunity to sponsor both the Tigersharks and our parent league, GDSA. Benefits include having your logo on a team and league banner, being recognized and announced at swim meets, and having your logo on the team and league websites. Please see the attached letter to take advantage of this opportunity.

• A great way to fulfill your volunteer requirements is by being a swim meet official! Trainings are happening on Tuesday, May 17th at 6:30 and Wednesday, May 18th at 6:30 via Microsoft Teams. You only need to attend one of those dates, so please email Becky Smith at [email protected] for the link. If you are interested but cannot make those dates, please reach out. All returning and new officials must attend a training before you are allowed to officiate at a meet.

All new swimmers are encouraged to attend at least one of the clinics so coaches can assess each swimmer’s ability.
